  Went into the Yorkdale location last week with my niece and the service was subpar. They gave us what we asked for. Aside from that, the staff working there looked us up and down, barely engaged, and until one of us pulled up our profiles which show we shop there consistently - demonstrated a general disinterest. You don’t know who is walking into your store and what they can or cannot afford. Every client - actual or prospective - deserves respect. Otherwise, go work at a members only establishment. It’s just gross to give clients attitude and puts me off to the point that I won’t shop there.

  Very disappointing customer service at Valentino Yorkdale. We felt completely unwelcome and judged from the moment we walked in, despite the store being empty. The attitude and level of service noticeably changed as soon as our card was out and we were ready to purchase. For a luxury brand, I expected a much more welcoming experience. I won’t be returning to this location and will be shopping online going forward.

  I had such a wonderful experience at the Yorkdale Valentino thanks to Adam. I brought in a pair of shoes that needed fixing, and he was incredibly accommodating, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to come across customer service that makes you feel truly taken care of, and Adam exceeded my expectations. I was very pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything was handled and how kind he was during the interaction. Thank you again for the amazing service.
