  A good selection of casual clothing, with plenty of options made from natural fabrics. I find the women’s selection generally more stylish there, while some of the men’s styles can feel a bit dated. The overall quality is good, and many pieces have held up well and are still in great condition after several years of wear. The staff are friendly and always willing to help.

  First time I shop @ the store at dufferin mall they charge me twice on my debit card and I complain about it I call for almost every day for follow about the charge and they didn’t refund my money, even I go to there store in person to show my receipt and the 2 transactions from my banks account they can’t do a refund , I need to wait because they report it to the costumer service . And tell now it’s been 2 weeks already I never heard anything I’m so mad and it’s a $104

  Shop at Tommy a LOT and been to many many locations across Canada and the US and never got better customer service at any other location all thanks to Monica. She went above and beyond to help me out and find me the size I wanted by getting in touch with another store then even checking their own back stop (even tho I was previously told they don’t have the size by other associates) anyways it’s employees like Monica that deserve all the praise for creating an atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Cheers!

  Great experience at the Tommy Hilfiger store! Monica and Shirley were very friendly and helpful. They made shopping easy and enjoyable. All the girls in the store were kind and welcoming. Really good customer service!
