  Had the most wonderful experience here thanks to SA Alina. Was new to ring shopping and she was extremely patient and attentive with allowing me to try multiple styles, carats and educating me on clarity etc as a total beginner. Was visiting from Vancouver and this experience really made my trip to Toronto worthwhile, although I was not ready to make the purchase just yet this trip she kindly noted down the styles and wished me a wonderful trip.   I wanted to share my absolute gratitude for the outstanding service my wife and I received from Phoebe. We visited the boutique to select a milestone birthday gift for my wife, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Phoebe has an incredible talent for understanding her clients. She was remarkably attentive and seemed to know exactly what my wife wanted even before my wife had fully realized it herself! Her intuition, patience, and expertise turned what could have been a difficult decision into a seamless and joyful celebration. Tiffany & Co. is truly lucky to have someone of Phoebe’s caliber on their team. If you are looking for a personalized, high-end experience, I cannot recommend her highly enough.   If you are looking to buy a piece of fine jewelry or if you need to service your Tiffany jewelry you own already, come to this location and ask for Anthony. That young man has excellent customer service skills that surpass all the reps who have helped me over the years. There is a certain level of care and attention to detail that u always expect at Tiffany's and perhaps I take for granted. But my last visit left me feeling very good. I felt seen, heard, appreciated, and of course, made my shopping experience worthwhile. I can see that Tiffany continues to invest in its brand which is evident in all aspects inside and the store, (Beautiful, upscale upgrade at this Yorkdale location-- no wonder the prices increased). I don't like that I have to pay for services I used to get free though, like cleaning and polishing services. I just wish the wait time could be shortened. Why do I need to wait 48 hours to clean jewellery? Oh well, I'm just venting m. I live Tiffany!
