  Excellent shopping experience! The service was very friendly and professional. The manager was always willing to help, listened to what I wanted, she has experience, I left extremely happy. She was always helpful even though it was a Monday night. The store is well-organized, and everything was quick and efficient. I will definitely shop here again. Highly recommended! Thanks 😃

  Today I spoke with an sale associate and it was via the phone the person was super rude a very aggressive girl she didn’t said hi and bye with a very aggressive language answered my question. I hope the manager in the store see this review and find out the girl. A very bad experience!

  I placed an order online last night for a pair of boots. It provided me with a pick up option or delivery. I chose delivery since I have limited time to head to Dufferin mall. They charged my card this morning only to email me and state that my order was cancelled. Nobody even called to inform me that they were cancelling my order; no reason even provided in the email. I called their customer service 1-888 # and they said there was something wrong with my bank.... yet they already took out the payment?!! He told me to wait 3-5 days for a refund. This is so disgusting and unacceptable. What kind of customer service practices this company has is beyond me. This will be my first and last time I ever attempt to make a purchase. Highly disappointing and disturbed as to how they handled everything.
