- DZdaniel zelentsovJul 18, 20261.0Took me 2 trips to the store to return an unworn pair of shoes on which I've changed my mind. I originally paid for it with my phone wallet credit card, however the store POS system was unable to return money to my original payment method. Supervisor Jack was unreasonable, and refused to return my money in any other form. He offered store credi but I had no plans to come back at that point. Customer support over a phone wasn't helpful either, told me they are only dealing with online purchases. I had to take another trip to the store, which took me an hour, just to get my refund.

Brought today and was told that shoes which were originally bought for 130$ + tax ( they were worth it since leather made) worth ......2,5$..... The friend who recommended this program said that at her location she would easily get 10$. She has membership for years and used to go to her location multiple times for declattering.
