I have an account with this location and have purchased my glasses here less than a year ago. The glasses have become loose and simply need a minor adjustment. I have had this exact service done before at another location in a different country. The adjustment is a very simple process, and I was willing to accept the risk of the glasses potentially breaking. However, the employee at this location repeatedly told me, “I can’t touch them” and refused to assist me, even after I clearly stated that I understood and accepted the risk. What was most disappointing was the employee’s rude and unhelpful attitude. I expected basic customer service, especially since I purchased the glasses from Sunglass Hut and have an account with this location. Unfortunately, this was a very poor customer service experience. The staff were rude, dismissive, and made no effort to help find a solution. I would not recommend purchasing from this location. Her name is Riya or rya I don't remember .
