  Good local spot for sunglasses, lots of options, and good prices. The team was knowledgeable and very helpful with the sizing and fit of the frame. I will be back for my next pair for sure!

  Bought sunglasses for my wife. They only had display model and assured they were perfect only to find noticeable mark on lens when I got home

  Went in to buy sunglasses. If you ask any questions to any employee, their answer is fix like we don’t have that in store. The lady Siham was very rude and gave us attitude.

  I had a very disappointing experience with the store manager. She was rude, unhelpful, and showed no understanding of my situation as a customer. Instead of trying to assist or find a solution, she dismissed my concerns and provided absolutely no customer service. A good manager should listen to customers and handle situations professionally, but that was not my experience. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this store. Absolute zero customer service. I hope the HR will train her

  Don’t shop here. The employee who sold me the glasses told me I had 31 days to return them. I came back exactly on the 31st day because the glasses were giving me headaches and I had only worn them once. As soon as I asked to return them, I was told the return policy was actually 30 days, so they refused the return. I relied on the information their own employee gave me, yet they would not make an exception for being only one day late. Very disappointing customer service.
