A special thank you to Axa, who assisted me throughout the process. She was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Excellent customer service and a great shopping experience overall. Highly recommended!

- CHClaire HoonApr 25, 20261.04/24 around 6pm. I went to get my sunglasses adjusted because it didn't seem aligned. There were about 3-4 employees busy chatting with each other when I entered. No one seemed particularly interested in helping me. When I explained the problem, first female employee said "I think it's just the style". Second employee next to her thankfully noticed the problem and adjusted the nose pads. Then she asked me, "is this better?" without even offering me a mirror..... I had to check the mirror myself and it was pretty awkward. I had to ask if it looked straight and she was like "yeah". The whole interaction lasted probably 2-3 mins but it was one of the worst store experiences ever. So many employees just standing around barely interested in customers. Please train them properly!
