One of the worst experience with the customer service at this business. The staff member I interacted with was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful, she made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout the interaction. I had been to many high brands but never had this kind of experience.I hope management addresses these issues to improve future experiences. Otherwise they will start loosing customers.

Terrible customer service. They keep customers waiting for no apparent reason, even when nobody seems to be ahead in line. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful. There is zero regard for customers' time and no professionalism whatsoever. Easily one of the most frustrating experiences I've had. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to others.

Very disappointing experience at Saint Laurant Premium Outlet Toronto.
My family and I visited the store during very bad weather, with heavy rain and wind. We were waiting outside in line, along with my mother-in-law who has difficulty standing for long periods of time.
We noticed that when several customers left the store, only some people in line were allowed to enter, even though there was clearly enough capacity for our group of three. This happened more than once. Other customers were admitted while we continued to be kept waiting without any clear explanation.
When my wife politely asked about entering, the employee at the door stopped her and said they needed to check with a manager. The situation was confusing, embarrassing, and felt extremely disrespectful. What made it worse was the dismissive attitude we received when we tried to discuss the issue with the staff and manager.
As loyal customers who have previously spent significant amounts shopping with Saint Laurant , we were shocked by the way we were treated. The entire experience left us feeling unwelcome and unfairly singled out.
Customer service should be based on respect, transparency, and consistency. Unfortunately, this visit did not reflect those values.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. This was one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had.
We visited the outlet on a Sunday, and despite the store not being busy, the female security guard at the entrance with long hair made us wait outside for nearly 20 minutes before allowing us to enter. During that time, several customers left the store, yet the three of us who were waiting were still not permitted to go inside.
What was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled. When I asked why we were being kept waiting, my concern was dismissed, and the response felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of receiving a reasonable explanation, we felt that our complaint was not taken seriously.
Customer service begins at the front door, and unfortunately, this experience set a very negative tone. A long wait is one thing, but being treated without courtesy or respect is another. The girl who is standing at the front door with long hair always treats people very poorly and with a racist attitude.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt compelled to share it. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and provides better training on how visitors should be treated. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.
