  Very disappointing first (and last) online order. I ordered holiday gifts and the packaging was shockingly poor, no wrapping, just products tossed in a brown box with black paper. For a luxury brand with such high prices, this lack of care and attention to detail is really sad and far below expectations. I expected much better from a brand of this name.
