  Had a great experience here with Matthew! This was my first luxury bag purchase and I’m glad I came to this location. The unboxing was super exciting and Matthew had wrapped my bag up beautifully. He also put on the strap for me which was super helpful!

  The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel valued from the moment I walked in. They really took the time to help me choose things I might enjoy trying and were happy to let me take photos. Devin, who helped me, was especially friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. His customer service made the whole experience even better. I truly appreciated how much care and attention he gave to making sure I had a great experience.

  Just wanted to leave a great review for Jennifer who assisted me over the phone with buying a pair of earrings as a gift. I called on a quick 10 minute break at work and I received great customer service, got the earrings I wanted, paid and had them shipped to my house so seamlessly. Thank you Jennifer and YSL team!

  This was my first time shopping at YSL and I had a great experience. The staff are all friendly and Devin assisted me with purchasing a wallet. He also offered my friend and I champagne while he wrapped my item. Excellent service and highly recommended if you thinking of making a purchase!
