  El servicio al cliente es muy regular por parte del vendedor, he comprado estas gafas en otros paises y jamas me habian atendido tan mal, falta una mejor gestión de la empresa en la atención al cliente

  TOTAL BS. They’ll never share the horror stories. I returned my prescription glasses twice and both times I got a faulty pair. The first time, my raybans completely died out on me. No charge, no response, nothing. It died on my while I was using it and figured I just had to charge it. Wrong. I returned it for warranty and got another pair back after 2 weeks. Then second time, the camera was not functional. Returned it again after using it for 1 week as it was no functional again. After that, I’ve been waiting for 2 months for ray ban to “make a decision”. When contacting rayban, they give me the runaround and say contact my retailer. Go to the retailer, they say raybans hasn’t “made a decision” yet… so far this summer, I’ve been on countless outings with family and friends, without being able to candidly capture these moments, because Ray ban decided to take over 4-7 weeks to “make a decision”…. Now I’m hearing I’ll get a new one Monday. What a joke. Biggest regret purchase.. Customer service is a joke l!! Not this store in particular. Just RAY BAN AS A COMPANY SUCKS

  Pathatic customer service today in evening i went there to buy meta glasses for me and my husband but the service was so bad . The girl was so rude and not even interested in her job . She didn’t even replied for the greetings . There are far better options to buy meta than this store.
