  Pathatic customer service today in evening i went there to buy meta glasses for me and my husband but the service was so bad . The girl was so rude and not even interested in her job . She didn’t even replied for the greetings . There are far better options to buy meta than this store.

  My experience started off really well. I purchased my first pair of glasses in-store, and the staff let me know that if the price dropped within 45 days, they would happily price match it. About a week later, the price dropped by 20%, so I went back to the store and they honored the price match without any issues. I really appreciated how smooth and helpful that process was. A few days later, I noticed the website was offering a 25% discount. I called the store to ask if I could receive the additional 5% since the online price was lower. The lady who answered told me the store was only offering 20% and insisted there was no 25% promotion, even after I confirmed the website was showing 25%. She then abruptly ended the call, saying the store was busy and asked me to call back later. Since I couldn’t get a clear answer, I simply placed a new order online and went to the store to return my original glasses. Ironically, when I arrived, a gentleman told me they actually could have price matched the 25% discount. By then, it was too late, so I explained what had happened and proceeded with the return. The in-store staff I dealt with were professional and helpful, which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of a lower rating. Unfortunately, the inconsistent information and poor phone customer service turned what should have been a simple price match into an unnecessary hassle. I hope the store can provide more consistent customer service across all staff.
