  Charlie was very helpful in all ways possible… i got the meta ai glasses from this store. Love them Love the fact that someone actually knows about the models and their sizes and the features that they have. I went to many other stores, but the people working there did not have much idea about the Meta AI glasses and the different models they have. But he knew everything. It was a great buy!

  For transparency, I am sunglass obsessed and sell sunglasses for a living. I own many pairs of custom Ray-Bans. Monday October 3rd was my first time coming into a dedicated Ray-Ban store and I was very excited to look at options that I don’t have in my store. I was given a half hearted greeting and ignored the whole time. I was hoping to make a purchase of Scuderia Ferraris but left without anything. Very disappointing experience :( they get an extra star for selection.

  Gyang aka Joshua is the best sales rep ever . He helped me picked out the best glasses and also showed me how it worked as well. Loved the experience was A1. If I ever need another glasses will definitely be going back . Honest opinions about glasses that fit ur face definitely go check out Joshua.

  One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Ray-Ban store, located at Toronto Eaton Centre. Arshad was extremely rude, moody, and dismissive throughout my interaction. I had purchased prescription glasses, and the frame was making noises. When I raised the concern, he simply said, “We can’t do anything about it. You can place a new order if you want,” in an extremely rude tone, as though he was doing me a favour. His attitude completely changed when I mentioned that my wife was interested in purchasing Meta glasses. While we were looking at the Meta frames, he said to me, in a very rude tone, “Why am I even talking to you? Let me talk to her.” I ignored the comment because I didn’t want to spoil my wife’s excitement. I later called the store to file an official complaint. Charlie, the store manager, apologized over the phone and told me they would place a new order for me, adding that I could “do whatever you want to do with the old ones.” A few days later, I received a call asking me to come in and replace my pair. I’m not looking for two frames or anything extra—I simply expected the original issue to be handled professionally but also stick to what you said at that moment. However, Arshad’s response and the way the situation was handled changed completely from what was initially communicated. Very disappointing customer service, especially for a brand like Ray-Ban. I expect better professionalism, consistency, and respect when dealing with customers.

  "Had an incredible experience at the Ray-Ban store in the Eaton Centre! The staff was incredibly friendly specially Charlie, welcoming, and attentive to all my needs. I was shopping for a gift for my husband, and they were exceptionally helpful and flexible with adjustments and finding the best deals for us. Exceptional customer service—highly recommend stopping by!"
