The sunglasses we ordered were replaced 3 times as the engraving was smudged / Incorrect size ordered the second time by the rep. All this was resolved very smoothly as soon as the manager - Dennis stepped in. He is highly professional and a true customer service provider. My feedback would be to hire for same kind of like minded candidates like you where customers are looking for excellent service experience.

I had a great experience at this store and Denys helped me choose beautiful glasses that I absolutely love. He was patient, professional, and very knowledgeable.
I also feel some of the negative reviews related to refunds are unfair to the store staff. From what I understood, the main company and customer service are based in the US, where in-store returns for online orders are allowed. In Canada, the policy is different. Unfortunately, when Canadian customers call the US customer service line, they are sometimes told they can return items in-store, which creates confusion and frustration when they come to the store. That issue is clearly beyond the control of the employees working there.
My personal experience was excellent and I would definitely return.

I truly just loved my shopping experience at
Ray-ban Sherway! The first time i went in here i was assisted by both Gurleen and Nidhi, i just went in to take a quick browse, i was treated with such a welcoming attitude that my casual browsing turned into buying 3 pairs of glasses just because of the service provided :) I will be sending my friends and family there soon. Honestly such amazing customer service by Gurleen and Nidhi!! Thank you so much, i love my new pairs of sunglasses!!
I just purchased a pair of glasses today from this store. Initially, I was assisted by a female staff member who was very friendly and professional, which created a great first impression.
However, a male staff member (possibly the store manager) later stepped in and told her to leave rather abruptly so he could take over the consultation. This made the situation feel awkward and came across as unprofessional. His approach also felt rushed, as if he was trying to finish the process quickly.
I hope the store can improve how staff coordinate with each other to provide a better customer experience.
