  I visited the store due to difficulties connecting my Ray-Ban Meta glasses to Meta AI. The staff member I first spoke with informed me that if I was unable to complete the connection, I would need to contact customer support, as they were either unable or unwilling to assist in the store. Another staff member later advised me to perform a factory reset on the previously paired glasses that were still linked in the app. After completing the reset, I asked the original staff member for help adding the glasses again. She simply repeated that I should contact support if I could not do it myself. She made no attempt to assist and immediately turned her attention to another customer. I ultimately resolved the issue on my own. It is disappointing that the staff appeared more focused on selling glasses than on helping customers troubleshoot technical problems.

  After much frustration attempting to get my Wayfarer Sunglasses repaired, Nidhi and Gurleen from the Rayban Sherway Garden location in Toronto, were so kind and helpful to me. They provided me with a new pair of Wayfarer Sunglasses complete with a beautiful case. I was very happy with the wonderful service they provided.   I had a wonderful experience with GURLEEN!! She was kind, polite, and very professional. She took the time to help me choose the right frames and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated her patience and helpfulness. It was super busy at that time and she was serving alone with full potential to each and everyone. Thank you, Gurleen, for your excellent service!
