  We visited the Ralph Lauren store at Yorkdale today while my brother was looking for something. After dinner, my son wasn't feeling well and sat down to rest while he tried to settle his stomach. A team member named John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He noticed my son wasn't feeling well and kindly offered him a bottle of water, which was a thoughtful gesture that meant a great deal to us. His genuine kindness, warmth, and down-to-earth personality made our experience truly memorable, especially during a moment when my little one wasn't feeling his best. As a fun surprise, we also discovered that John knows Wah Sing on Baldwin Street—it made for a great conversation and a good laugh! Thank you, John, for your exceptional customer service and your compassion. Your kindness did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate everything you did. We look forward to seeing you again on our next visit!

  I’ve been here three times, and each visit I was helped by a different male sales associate. The first one barely acknowledged me, the second was a bit better, but the third was outstanding. He was the guy with glasses, a buzz cut, and a medium build. He was very approachable, attentive, and seemed to assist everyone in the store. Hopefully he’s there when you visit. There were also a few female associates, but they came across as a bit snobbish and didn’t seem very approachable.

  I went to this location yesterday which is Saturday June 13th to get a polo shirt. As soon as I walked in no one helped me. Also the Chinese girl standing there like was very dismissive and rude. Girl you work retail and need to humble yourself. When people come there we can afford these and don’t get discounts like you to wear RL shirts. I left the store and came back and a nice male sales associate helped me. He was super nice and at the end when I was being cashed out she tells the male sales associate that she was helping me before. Girl sit down you’re not getting the sale after your rude customer service. Girl we pay for your salary by shopping at RL

  *Yorkdale location* The customer service employees are arrogant and made us feel unwelcome. We came in looking to buy a few polo’s for my husband and the moment we picked one item the older lady came over, grabbed it from my hands, and ushered us to the fitting room despite me telling her we would like to still browse before going to fitting room. But NO, she insisted and made us go to the fitting room with one shirt. When we got there, there was no fitting room available and so she “allowed” us to go look around 🤯. As we were waiting at the cash register for the older lady to pack our shirt, another sales person (Asian lady) almost yelled at us to step away because she wanted to cash out her customers. We left with such a drained mood. I love the product, but will not be returning to this location.

  this store’s employees will not greet or help you at all, all they do is chat with each other, try on clothes like they own it and they will ignore you when they see you approaching
