  The lack of response and follow-up is extremely disappointing and disrespectful. I followed up four times about a simple request and was still left without a solution. This is not the level of customer service I expected from Ralph Lauren.

  I wish I remembered the gentlemen that assisted. I’ve visited a few times now and always great customer service and no pressure sales tactics. Looking forward to continuing building my wardrobe with RL and soon Purple label.

  Roberto’s service was amazing! I wanted to purchase several items, but unfortunately, many of them were out of stock. He was extremely patient and helped me place the order online. He also went above and beyond to help expedite the shipping and avoid the shipping fee. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and highly recommend him!

  I visited the Ralph Lauren Yorkdale location yesterday because I was considering exchanging the colour of a baseball cap I had purchased at another Ralph Lauren location and wanted to see another colour in person. Unfortunately, my initial interaction with one of the male associates working that day, who had a beard, made the experience quite unpleasant. When I mentioned the exchange, he immediately told me they don’t accept returns from other stores because they use a “different system.” I understand that individual locations may have different policies, but when I explained that it was the exact same Ralph Lauren product at the same price and that the other location simply didn’t carry the colour I wanted, his response was essentially that “there’s a reason they don’t keep it.” It wasn’t simply the policy that bothered me — it was the dismissive tone and the way the interaction was handled. I felt watched rather than assisted, and it made the store feel unwelcoming even though I was genuinely considering a purchase. I later approached a female associate who was much more pleasant and helpful. She took the time to help me compare the colours, which I really appreciated, especially as someone shopping alone who sometimes wants a second opinion. Customer service should make people feel comfortable whether they are buying an expensive item, a Polo cap, or simply browsing. A customer shouldn’t have to prove how much they intend to spend in order to be treated courteously. I like Ralph Lauren and have shopped the brand before, but the overall atmosphere at this particular location did not feel especially welcoming. Based on this experience, I would probably choose another Ralph Lauren location or one of the outlet stores in the future.

  I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received at the Ralph Lauren store at Yorkdale, especially considering I spent around twenty four hundred dollars in cash. On Saturday, I called and spoke with Lynn, who put a pair of khaki pants aside for me. On Sunday, in the store, I was left figuring things out on my own until another associate had to point out that I needed help. I ultimately purchased the khaki pants, a belt, and a pair of shoes from their newest collection, which Lynn told me. At checkout, I asked about an 1120 charge, and Lynn confirmed it was for the shoes. I paid about 2400 total in cash. I returned on Monday with my friend for the tailoring. Joseph greeted us, and he was incredibly welcoming, polite, and professional. He even remembered me. But when Lynn started helping again, everything went downhill. I asked about creasing on the shoes, and she immediately claimed I had bought a discounted pair, and insisted I hadn’t purchased the new collection. That was simply not true. Lynn sold me those shoes the day before. told me they were the newest collection and confirmed the eleven-twenty charge. Then she offered a discount. But that completely missed the point. I wasn’t asking for a discount. I asked about ordering a replacement, and was told to place another order online with my credit card, even though I’d already paid in store. Waiving a 25 shipping fee or offering free delivery for tailored pants does not make up for dismissive service and being made to feel like that.
