  Had a great experience visiting the Ralph Lauren store the store was beautifully designed clean and very well organized with a great selection of clothing and accessories I really like the overall atmosphere in the classic style throughout the store the staff were friendly professional and helpful without being overly pushy which made the shopping experience very comfortable there were plenty of different options to look through in the quality of the clothes and presentation really stood out overall I was very happy with my visit and the customer service I received I would definitely recommend checking this location out if you're looking for Ralph Lauren clothing or simply want to browse the latest collection

  John was an amazing sales professional! There is no wonder he is a part of management. He helped me and my friend today with a very beautiful $4000 coat, and a $4000 vest for my friend. He is super sweet, super genuine, and an awesome selling professional! Sam, GM, if you’re reading this, please give the man a badge of honour. He is an awesome man.

  I was shocked about all the negative reviews this location was getting, and fortunately for myself I had a grand experience for my first time shopping at Ralph Lauren. First and foremost, a massive thank you to the sales associate Kia! Not only did he assist me throughout my entire shopping experience, but his initial greet when I first entered the store will be something I will never forget. Secondly, he understood my frustration with finding a particular type of pants for a trip I recently had planned. Pants after pants, fitting after fitting. We couldn’t get it. But he was there to assist me with it all, and right when we were about to give up as we couldn’t quite find what I was looking for he went and did a deep dive in the back. And when he came back — Lo’ and behold! The perfect fitting, white linen, relaxed fit pants I’ve been looking for. Without hesitation he rang me up at the counter. You’d think the guest experience would end there. Nope, there’s more. You see, it’s one thing being assisted looking for an item you’ve been searching for hours on end; but when that same item you’ve been looking for is handled and packed with care at the check out counter as if it’s a Christmas present that you can unwrap once you get home is a GREAT feeling that the staff at Ralph Lauren have mastered. With all that being said, I write this review to say thank you to Kia and thank you to the staff at Ralph Lauren Yorkdale!

  I have never met a more absolute legend of an associate in all of Yorkdale Mall. From the second I walked in, John was an entire masterclass in world-class customer service. He didn't just help me pick out a fragrance. he analyzed my style, curated the absolute perfect signature scent, and delivered a top-tier luxury experience. His politeness, effortless expertise, and sheer charisma made the whole visit unforgettable. Yorkdale is lucky to have him. We are 100% coming back to John for every single piece of clothing and fragrances in the future. Give this man a promotion immediately! Thank you, John!

  Sunday August 9th visit - Easiest suit fitting ever for starters. That said, I know when a suit elevates me and when it’s no good. There is no in between. Ralph Lauren is where it’s at off the rack. Special thanks Erfaan and Sam. Also - the suit will be ready on Friday for my event Saturday 🤯
