  I waited patiently understanding that it is quite acceptable for coworkers to engage in conversation whether personal or professional and are able to acknowledge a customer by eye contact, a wave,pivot and approach with courtesy and cavility.What I got was a customer service staff who said nothing but stared without a greeting; as if I am the reason for this chosen career and misersble existence.I asked to see an item on display and was, "Told the price"because of course I cant afford the stock at Platos Closet. I asked if everything's okay,to which she replied im Ukrainian.our face is always like this...

  They took few items, offered peanuts ($15) for brand new pair of ballerina shoes and Kors pants. Rip off... not dong this again.

  Had a pretty upsetting experience here. While I was checking out I asked the question why we didn’t see more plus size clothes in this store. The manager said “a lot of the clothes fat people bring are dirty and disgusting. “ Let’s note: I saw several items stained or dirty…. Let’s be real, you just don’t want fat people in your store.

  Did not send out an alert for me to pick up my clothes, had to ask myself. Also heard them talking badly about some of the donated clothes.
