  Staff is really rude especially a guy name jay he was not at all helpful he was making fun of clients with other colleagues I don’t recommend this store at staff’s fashion knowledge is missable no wonder why store is always empty

  Walked in there as a 39 year old man and the girl with the thick Russian accent asked me to put my drink by the door. To think a grown up can spill his drink and cause a mess is silly. I walked right out and wont be going back to that store. Already regret buying my wife their purse and my kids the sneakers. I guess they enjoy losing customers.

  I actually decided to stop buying their products all together thanks to the terrible immature customer service staff this store hired. Staff had lack of respect for elders, customers, and racism. This one tall Asian staff in their 20s maybe early 30s spoke in Chinese called my father poor looking and my mother too dressed down to enter the store when I wanted to shop something nice for my parents because I thought they deserved something nice for all the great things they have done for me. He said my dad's shoe would scratch the wooden floors. I walked away. This man needs to get fired and find another job.

  Alexander mcqueen doesn't care about their customer after purchase. $3500 bag ripped after purchased in less than a year (and VERY minimal use). Alexander Mcqueen refused to fix or warranty despite having "defects in material" clause in their warranty policy. A lot more is expected from a big brand like you. We like the staff, but your customer after care is a complete joke. We no longer have any confidence in your products and will not support your brand.
