- JBJulia BMar 18, 20261.0Terrible customer service! Left an almost new bag for a minor hardware repair with the Toronto location. After four months it was returned severely scratched and appeared worn. I refused to accept it and filed a complaint with Max Mara customer service. They refused a refund or replacement with zero explanation and sent the bag to my address.
