- GGGoofySep 5, 20261.0Extremely rude customer service and unacceptable attitude (Around 6:10 PM, September 5): I had a terrible experience at this location today. I picked up an item from the marked sale rack that didn't have a clear price tag on it. When I brought it to the register to check if it was on sale, the cashier (a black woman) looked it up and informed me it was regular price. When I politely let her know I wouldn’t be taking it at full price, she literally rolled her eyes at me. To make matters worse, she condescendingly lectured me, telling me that next time I should look for items with specific tags before bringing them up. It is not the customer’s fault that items on the sales rack are misplaced or missing price stickers. As retail staff, your job is to assist customers, not to roll your eyes, display contempt, and lecture shoppers for your store's own inventory and merchandising oversights. Completely unprofessional. I expected far better standards from Lululemon.
