- FMFadi MMay 23, 20265.0I'm not sure what some of these customers are on about. I've been shopping at this location for well over six years and I've had nothing but great experiences. The staff is always welcoming, personable, and above all, *extremely* accommodating. Pants ripped? Sure, we'll fix it for FREE. Damn, sizing was wrong? No problem, pick another one off the rack even though the tags are already torn off. How this level of customer service deserves anything other than 5 stars is beyond me. To me it sounds like you - the customers - were disrespectful and entitled. Sorry to say but you get back what you give. If you're rude and disrespectful, expect that same energy back. I also want to highlight Shay, Oya and Jaylen for being incredible the last time I shopped here. They made the environment very welcoming and laid back. You ladies are awesome.
