  Was trying something on and I didn’t pick the right size, but Zee (hope I spelled her name right) was super sweet and brought me a buncha other sizes to try on. Amazing service!! ☺️☺️

  bought a pair of pants and the fabric is thin that it got scratched with a hole when I wore the first time. The guy in the store refused to fix since it‘s not manufacture problem. The lululemon quality promise is just a joke.

  As a long-term loyal customer and even a shareholder of Lululemon , this brand has always been my family and I first choice. Unfortunately, my recent experience at your Scarborough town centre location was deeply disappointing. I purchased a pants that lost its shape and became loose , and some minor torn form some parts after just one wash and wear. Trusting your Quality Promise, I visited the store to seek a resolution. I explained the situation clearly and honestly ; however, the store manager responded in a rude tone and unprofessional manner. Whether she was having bad day or bad mood Instead of listening, she interrupted me several times and immediately blamed me and washing machine to washed it incorrectly ,and saying company is not responsible for my washing machine with bad tone and face expression. Regardless of the circumstances, a manager should maintain professionalism, listen to customers, and learns to not bring her personal emotions to place of business even though she knows us as a at loyal customers at her store for many years In today’s challenging economic, losing loyal customer and shareholders over poor customer service is a significant concern for your company . My family and I do not feel take pleasure continuing to spend our money where we are treated with such rude answers and tone . And you know what’s funny? I know someone will show up here with standard "copy-paste" response from customer service to feel sorry for my experience rather than to get to button of it . All I mean is she could talk to me with right tone ,showing some sort of understanding me rather than blame of washing machine in mean way! and I would happily and respectfully accept the company policies and fact !

  I love going and browsing in Lululemon STC. The staff are very professional and helpful. Couple of occasions, I had hemming done on my Daydrift Trouser and was assisted by Sara, she provided me excellent service, as well helped me order my top online as it was not available in Store, the item was received promptly as Sara had indicated. Thank you Sara, more power to Lululemon STC.
