  I've only shopped at this location a few times and I have received excellent service from every employee that has helped me. The store is clean, organized, and all the employees are a fountain of knowledge! I love the positive & friendly atmosphere from the moment I enter the store and throughout my shopping experience.

  Big thanks to Mike who helped find a satisfactory resolution to an order mix up. Another location helped place an order for a top that had only 1 left in all stores. It was at this location. I drove from my home in Markham and picked up my item only to realize before leaving that it was not what was ordered. My item got mixed up with another order and it was shipped to someone else. It is no longer available at any stores. I was really disappointed as it was a birthday gift. Mike worked really hard to find a resolution and while I didn’t get what I ordered, I appreciated his hard work and the alternatives he suggested.

  It may seem tedious that I’ve called numerous times, but I am genuinely having a hard time trying to figure out why despite the amount I’ve times I’ve called I have not been able to get a hold of anyone at this store. I’ve even gone and called another store to see if maybe this was just an error on my end, turns out even the other store admitted it was odd that no one was picking up the phone and suggested “their phone might just be off” because their store tends to just have their store phone on the floor with them. I understand that it may be busy, but not one of these calls were picked up despite the different times I’ve called.
