  Today I had the absolute best experience at this store. Amal (educator) and Nisa (lead) went above and beyond to provide me with the best experience and gift ever. When I got to the store, I spoke with Amal about my goal of finding shirts and bras good for chemotherapy, as I start in a couple days. She immediately went and found a bunch of bras, shorts and sweaters that would help me feel comfortable during the infusions. She continued to check on me through my fitting room experience and she and Nisa went even further to provide me with the bra for free as a ‘get well soon’ gift. When I say I cried in the fitting room, it was very emotional. I had the best experience here and truly left feeling like I was on cloud nine. Thank you so much Amal and Nisa. Thank you.

  I had the most amazing experience at this Store, Tegan and Christina provided an exceptional customer service. I was looking for a set of pants that would suit me as a curvy women. They really came through with their recommendations and made me feel very comfortable.

  I love Lululemon no matter what the allegation, I’ve had it for years the quality is excellent , durable and haven’t had any sort of problems.. also customer service at this location is good !! Love my fleece jacket !

  I visited March 23 and the Lululemon experience at this location with Amanda was beyond any I’ve encountered before. She is incredibly personable, knowledgeable and attentive. We chatted about our upcoming first marathon, her words of encouragement and generosity will always be positively tied to our first marathon memory.

  My daughter visited the Sherway Gardens Lululemon location regarding a product concern with a recently purchased cream jacket that had a staining issue. At first, she was advised that she would be eligible for either a gift card or an exchange for the same item. When the person identifying as a manager returned from the back room, that resolution was reversed and she was told the item was “ineligible” due to an alleged odor described as “smelling like weed.” During the interaction, this allegation was repeated and reinforced by multiple staff members , each identifying themselves as store manager. When my daughter expressed that she could not wear the jacket with a visible stain, she was told, “well, you don’t have to wear it.” The comment came across as dismissive and sarcastic given the nature of the concern and the price point of the item. The manner in which this was handled was inappropriate and deeply unprofessional. My daughter left the store in tears after being spoken to in a way that was accusatory and humiliating. This is not the first time she has had a negative experience at this location. We have consistently had positive experiences at other Lululemon locations, which makes the repeated issues at Sherway Gardens particularly concerning. This incident reflects poorly on store leadership and customer handling at this location. This was not a routine customer service issue handled poorly. This was a baseless and degrading accusation made by store leadership toward a loyal customer. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and reviewed at the appropriate level.
