We visited this store looking for help, and Amanda L provided truly exceptional customer service. Amanda took the time to sit with us for nearly 40 minutes, patiently trying to figure out what had happened and locate the item. She never made us feel rushed and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She was able to order the items to the store for us and made the entire process so much easier. My mother was incredibly grateful for Amanda’s kindness, patience, and dedication. She exceeded every expectation we had and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. Thank you, Amanda L, for your outstanding service. We truly appreciate everything you did for us, and because of your professionalism and care, we will definitely be returning to this location. I am a regular lululemon customer and have always enjoyed shopping with the brand, which is why this experience was so disappointing. The employee who assisted me, Sabrina, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout our interaction. Instead of feeling welcomed and valued as a customer, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. This experience was completely different from the level of service I have come to expect from lululemon. I hope management addresses this issue, as no customer should be treated this way. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve had at any lululemon store.
