Though there would be no sales from my visit, all the staff were kind, attentive, and informative. Great customer service!

I was considering a return until a staff member, Lauren, kindly intervened. Her sincere approach and offer to steam the shacket to improve the drape convinced me to keep it. I’m happy with the decision due to thoughtful help from her.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my entire visit. I was looking for a pair of short leggings, and one of the employees even went out of her way to search through the whole store to find the right one for me, which I really appreciated. While I was in the fitting room, I had a few more requests, and every time the team was quick, attentive, and happy to help. Their friendliness and dedication really made a difference. I shop at Lululemon quite often, but the employees at this location truly stood out. Overall, it was such a positive shopping experience—I will definitely be coming back!
