  I don’t recommend this location as the staff is incredibly unprofessional and not familiar with Lululemon return policies and exchanges

  Ina (spelling may be incorrect, apologies!) was an absolute pleasure to be helped by. She was extremely helpful, knowledgable and kind and made my shopping experience very pleasant. She went above and beyond most CSRs and made the whole transaction seamless and efficient.

  I called to check their stock, they don’t pickup at ALL. When I went in store their response was “we don’t pickup the phone so you come in” I guess ALO is the place now for overpriced clothes👍

  as much I wish to do more reviews for good experiences I certainly feel the need to post this one I had a minor issue with a few pieces I had picked up they certainly made sure to correct a simple mistake and assure me things would be made right and they did, Beautiful store had a fantastic sale rack and trying on my items the staff assisting were quite helpful after being in a few lululemon shops around this was by far the best experience little issue happened but how they went about it was very professional I certainly look forward to visiting again soon hopefully!
