  Extremely Disappointing Customer Service I have been a loyal Lululemon customer for over 10 years. What has kept me coming back, beyond the quality of the products, has always been the excellent customer service and the way loyal customers are treated. Unfortunately, my experience today was extremely disappointing. I came to the store to return a pair of pants that I had purchased less than three weeks ago at full price. The pants were completely unused, had the original tags attached, and I had the receipt. However, the person who appeared to be the store manager refused to process my return simply because I had placed the pants in a bag that apparently was intended for online purchases. After I insisted, I was told that the only option they would offer me was a gift card, despite the fact that I had purchased the item in-store, at full price, less than three weeks earlier, and had the original receipt and tags. What made this even more frustrating is that I had to drive all the way to Hillcrest Mall to return the exact same item—and they processed the return there without any issue whatsoever. After more than 10 years of being a loyal customer, I find this kind of treatment completely unacceptable. A customer’s return should not depend on which employee happens to be handling it, nor should a perfectly legitimate return become an argument over what type of bag the customer used. The contrast between the two stores was honestly shocking. The Hillcrest Mall location demonstrated the level of customer service I have come to expect from Lululemon, while this location made me feel like my loyalty and history as a customer meant absolutely nothing. Lululemon has built its reputation not only on quality products, but also on exceptional customer experience. Unfortunately, this store failed badly on the second part today. I sincerely hope management reviews how this situation was handled, because this is not the kind of experience a 10+ year loyal customer should ever have.

  Very friendly staff on the store floor, although the staff at the registers are a bit more reserved. I visited, in the hope of finding some Team Canada Olympics merchandise. After initially checking, and advising there was no inventory in store, the team member came back to me to say there was a baseball cap in store after all. This focus on the customer was a very nice moment during my visit.

  Don't go here unless you're white because you won't be acknowledged or have the courtesy of a hello if you are a person of color. Had numerous employees ignore me while saying hello and asking all the white patrons who walked in. It's 2026, learn how to be nice to EVERYBODY.

  They are busy! Some colours are only available online, they should fix that. Shout out to Rafael that helped me cash out, he was friendly and pleasant!
