  Purchased a 36mm Rolex Datejust from Humbertown. The overall process was smooth and well handled. One surprise was the 4% additional fee for paying by credit card. Jag was a great associate—knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I do wish the appointment time was a bit longer than 30 minutes, as my associate was switched midway, which felt slightly rushed. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and the experience.

  We walked in to the store without an appointment as my wife wanted to try on the Cartier Pantère Mini. We had a great purchase experience working with Azam. He was patient as my wife tried on various models and sizes before confirming the Pantère Mini was the right choice for her. Azam was easy to work with, knowledgeable, patient, and funny as we took our time making the decision. I appreciate that we never felt rushed or pressured throughout our time in the store-it was a 10/10 purchase experience. I bought my first watch from Humbertown in 2018 and the store continues to provide exceptional customer service 8 years later. Thanks to the whole Humbertown Jewellers team-we look forward to visiting again soon!

  I had an excellent experience today with Humbertown and Jag specifically. Jag took the time to showcase jewelry options for my wife’s 30th birthday. He presented options based on my wife’s preferences and helped me select something I could see her wearing. This was huge to me because I couldn’t envision what I wanted to get my wife when I arrived. He listened, asked great questions, and brought options that aligned perfectly with what she would wear. While I was there, we also took the time to explore different watch options as I am looking to add to my collection this year. He also made me consider different sizes of watches - sizes which I wouldn’t have considered on my own. As someone who appreciates timepieces but isn’t as well versed as some folks, this was the education I needed when picking my next watch. Thank you Jag and the Humbertown team for an excellent experience! I look forward to continue working with you.
