Not the staff’s fault. The way this store operates and fika maybe overall is horrible. This location and others too. Just no customer in mind and the prices follow suit. Unreal. Go to literally any other dispo.

I’ve been going to this store because it’s close to my house but they sell only overpriced stuff, after going there more then 50 times easily and never got asked for id, they decided to ask and even ask me to leave the store,if you wanna ask for id fine is the law but you guys should follow it all the time, i have many receipts from the times they sold without asking for id. The cashier even said they got in trouble for not asking id so they are not doing their work which is not even hard properly.

I have been a loyal customer of FIKA for over two years, regularly purchasing vapes and other products. Unfortunately, this is now probably 5th documented case of a leaking oil cartridge/vape purchased from your store. In the past, similar issues (happening roughly 2 out of every 10 purchases) were always resolved reasonably after I kept the receipt as staff themselves advised. This time was handled in the worst possible way. 1. The product was clearly leaking — visible oil everywhere. 2. On the first evening (around 11:00 PM), I returned immediately. A staff member confirmed the leak but said the store was closing and told me to come back the next day. 3. The next day was Family Day — store closed. 4. On the third day, a different staff member refused to accept the obvious physical evidence (heavy leaking). She admitted the leak was visible but insisted the only way to confirm a defect was to attach it to a battery and see if it “works.” This makes zero sense — a leaking cartridge is defective regardless of whether it still fires. She kept contradicting herself: acknowledging the problem existed, yet denying any responsibility or exchange/refund was warranted. I calmly explained the logic step-by-step (receipt, previous similar cases resolved, visible leak confirmed by her own eyes, staff previously advising to keep receipts precisely for this situation). Instead of addressing the issue, her colleague reached out and repeatedly told me to “calm down” (classic deflection), then quietly called security amd they just left me there. The security guard (Officer Jonathan) listened to the full story, clearly understood my position, and did not side with the store’s reasoning. Yet the staff still refused any resolution and told me to come back the next day to speak to the manager. As soon as I left the store, the same security guard followed me out to inform me that I had been banned from the premises. After two years of consistent business, being treated like this — gaslighted, stonewalled with illogical “tests,” dismissed, threatened with security, and then permanently banned — is absolutely unacceptable and frankly insulting. Additional unacceptable points: • Staff refused to provide names (one male, one female on duty the evening of February 17). • “No authority to help customers” but unlimited authority to ban long-term paying customers. • After-sales service: zero. Removing customers: maximum. I’ve learned my lesson. I will never return and strongly advise others — especially repeat customers who expect basic respect and fair handling of product defects — to shop elsewhere. Extremely disappointed and genuinely shocked at how a business treats someone who has given them thousands of dollars over the years. 1/5 stars — and that’s generous. If management ever wants to reach out and explain this bizarre series of decisions, I’m open to hearing it. But the damage is done.

Extremely disappointed with this location. This is NOT the first time I’ve purchased a leaking vape cartridge from them. They sell defective products and have zero customer service. Save your money and go to a dispensary that actually values its customers.
