Long story short, ordered a month ahead of Valentine’s Day as a gift for my wife. Call twice on Valentines and they have no record of my purchase despite giving them my name/credit/address/email that I ordered from. They said it’s not coming and to just dispute with my creditor. So I went through all my emails to find the confirmation and after the third phone call, they tell me my order is on the way, and this is how it looked…$110 for that.
