- JVJean VaillancourtApr 23, 20261.0I called ahead to ensure the bracelet I was looking for my wedding anniversary was in stock. They assured me it was. After a 1 hour detour to get to the mall to purchase it, they pulled out a bracelet that was different from the one I had inquired about. The associate then proceeded to go through the drawers behind the counter then disappeared in the back to look for it. After about 30 minutes she came back and never really let me know: 1 if they had one 2 if they could order one 3 how long the process could take as my anniversary is a month away Instead, she proceeded to show me bracelets that were completely different and 3-5X the price of the one I wanted and was perfectly willing to buy. Never going back.

- KWK WJun 20, 20221.0Unfortunately I need to be the one bad review for David Yurman. I received a ring as a gift that was rarely worn and in great shape. However the black inlay design of the ring had chipped away on one side. I took it too David Yurman and they wouldn't do anything about it. I didn't have a receipt since it was a gift so "any repair would cost over $100". If this was Tiffany& Co they would have taken it and fixed it on the spot. This is why David Yurman will only ever be good and Tiffany& Co will always be great. Be better David Yurman!
