It’s hardly smart business to keep customers waiting outside the shop instead of inside and browsing products while a sales becomes available. They have beautiful jewelry but the in-store shopping experience is subpar.

We had delicious treats and champagne with chocolates but that’s not the point. We also noted that everything was wonderful from the moment we entered. We were gifted delicious water and Arun Mehta helped us feel safe and taken care of, which is extremely important at any luxury jewelry store.
