- AAArioJun 26, 20261.0Avoid this store and the salesperson “VICKY”, she is very rude and disrespectful and does not deserve your business. We had multiple purchases done at this store or online and picked up from this store, and it happened to be her that we met a few times, and she always makes the experience very unpleasant and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, as soon as you start taking a little bit longer or ask a few more questions she starts raising her voice and changing her tone and acts like she does not have time for you and you need to purchase fast and be out the doors. This shouldn’t be David Yurman’s standards and all the other negative reviews are a proof of poor customer service in this store. Very disappointing, they really need to make some changes here.

It’s hardly smart business to keep customers waiting outside the shop instead of inside and browsing products while a sales becomes available. They have beautiful jewelry but the in-store shopping experience is subpar.

We had delicious treats and champagne with chocolates but that’s not the point. We also noted that everything was wonderful from the moment we entered. We were gifted delicious water and Arun Mehta helped us feel safe and taken care of, which is extremely important at any luxury jewelry store. After so many moments of happiness and gratitude, I decided to leave a review for Summer, Arun and the manager Lindsay because our experience was exceptional! 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and 💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎 10/10 diamonds for the best, kindest and healthiest people we’ve worked with, especially our SA Summer 💝🪽🪽
