  I had the pleasure of being helped by Ariana, if I remember correctly (Shorter, Brown straight hair). She was extremely patient, helpful and easy to talk to. I had one of the best luxury shopping experiences because she gave me space and didn’t make me feel any more a less than another human being. It was refreshing to have just a normal and authentic shopping experience. thank you so much to her! I wish more sales associates were as genuine and real as she is.

  This store is one of the most unprofessional stores I’ve ever seen in my life. The staff is kind, but zero knowledge and unprofessional. No wonder why the rating is low. I rather shop from somewhere where they know what they are doing.

  PLEASE to the management: have sales staff give us some space. I was trying on a purse and the SA was directly behind me the entire time staring at me trying it on. It made me so uncomfortable that I gave it to her and left. I understand you want us to be served but please, give us some breathing room to just be comfortable and make a decision between products or if we want to purchase something.

  Out of the three locations in Ontario, this is the best one. Good selection of everything, organized and beautiful displays, it's really well done. Sofia V and Jennie are literally the nicest SAs ever and their client centric ways of handling things really showcase what I expect from luxury shopping at Chanel. Kudos to them for making Chanel fun again!
