  Rude staff. Came to the store 20min before closing. They had no one standing at the front to at least advised customers that the store is closing early. A female staff remember with long dyed blond hair just looked at us and turned her head. Zero customer service is just blatant racism. When she looked back and we tried to say it closes at 7 and she just shook her head.

  The one star represents the fact that I actually got a product I liked from a brand I have always wanted. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced; this includes both luxury and non luxury stores. I was ignored and subjected to ridiculous wait times in a store that had a very good ratio of employees to customers. The client advisor who assisted me was helpful; however he was not very knowledgeable and also had other customers he had to assist. During this period, I counted 3 other workers chatting amongst themselves and “organizing” merchandise that was already on shelves. No one thought to query me sitting there for almost ten minutes. Like why would I go into your store to just sit and stare??? What made the overall experience even worse, was suddenly being offered a beverage and “tentative smiles” once it was apparent that I would be making a purchase. I was excited to finally add this brand to my sneaker collection but this will be my only purchase because why spend money with a company that clearly has no interest in customers that do not fit a certain racial demographic (yep I said it!)? I made sure to attach my product and receipt for proof of purchase.
