  I love shopping at this balenciaga location, my SA Miyuki always keeps me informed of new releases & events. When in store, we have built a great relationship where she understands my wants & provides great recommendations. I also appreciate how knowledgeable she is about all of the different offerings balenciaga has to offer. Strongly recommend this location, everyone is very kind & personable!

  Amanda is my favorite Balenciaga rep of all time. She’s very attentive and accommodating every time I visit. I appreciate her flexibility and she is always there to help me find the perfect outfits.

  My son and I took a trip to Toronto for a concert and visited the Yorkville Balenciaga store in fall 2025. We were assisted in the store by Celeste. She was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond and really made our shopping experience exceptional. By far it was the best store we visited in all of Toronto (and we went to all the luxury stores!) Months later, when we had an issue with an item (earring broke), we reached out to Celeste and she immediately welcomed the contact and helped us arrange a return and replacement. Amazing! The level of service has been absolutely incredible. We respected this brand before but are just blown away now. Thank you Celeste and Balenciaga for truly being phenomenal! ❤️

  I'm here, I'm live, and I'm....sad? I guess it is for the human that wants to be dark and scarce. But can't knock the sneakers they are one of a kind!
