  terrible service from the sales associate today. i got there with a friend today around 4:45 and there were people in the store shopping, he then told me to wait outside because they are short of staff and i was already in the store...

  Our recent visit to Balenciaga Yorkdale was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Owen made us feel genuinely welcomed and completely at ease. He took the time to thoughtfully walk us through the handbags we were interested in, sharing detailed knowledge while ensuring we were never rushed. His patience and attentiveness throughout the entire experience were truly appreciated. What made this visit especially memorable was the passion shown by both Owen and Douglas- the Store Director. Beyond the purchase itself, they made us feel valued and appreciated, offering insight into the brand’s history and the current direction of the design house—adding real depth and meaning to our experience. We shared several fun conversations about the brand! A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond (the champagne was a lovely touch), and especially to Owen and Douglas. It’s rare to find such warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm in a luxury boutique. We will enjoy our purchases for years to come and will always look back on this experience with a smile.
