- ALAndrew LacquanitiMay 27, 20265.0Genuinely one of the best shopping experiences i’ve ever had with John. My prior SA at Balenciaga unfortunately moved on and she referred me to John. We exchanged a few messages about pieces I was interested in prior to my visit. I was very impressed that as soon as I arrived that all the items I requested to try we’re already waiting for me in a waiting room. I stayed for way longer than necessary as John was very personable & we chatted as if we were long time friends. Looking forward to my next visit.
- DAderrick akyeaMay 2, 20261.0terrible service from the sales associate today. i got there with a friend today around 4:45 and there were people in the store shopping, he then told me to wait outside because they are short of staff and i was already in the store...
- ADaswad dulviJun 27, 20241.0One of the worst stores when it comes to replacement. I bought a 1600$ shoe two weeks back which I felt is heavy on my feet and wanted to change it to another one. The store manager refused to exchange it because I wore the shoes once. Like honestly , is this why you are Ben called a brand???
