- MMMichael MaddenAug 8, 20263.0Went to buy a pair of boxers, there was a promo code for 35% off the regular price the cashier said it was only online. But I know that wasn’t fully true,I contacted American eagle customer service and they said it can be used in store. I went to order the same boxers with the promo code. The cashier at Yorkdale was more helpful and said that because it was long they didn’t want to enter it manually. I say this your company needs to improve and stop being monopolistic and start improving your customer service. When a customer has information from the customer service always assume it’s correct and actually take the effort to do the job. Same clothing different price. Major disconnect with how things are handled. I returned the ones I got in store for the ones I ordered online for a few dollars less the cost.

Lindsay and Max went above and beyond for me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’ll definitely visit again.

Even offered to check for more sizes in the back without me asking! Cass gave top notch quality service. Would've been a 5 star but a clothing store asking for donations is a little ridiculous and the clearance section was a total disaster.
