  Excellent shopping experience at American Eagle. The staff were welcoming and provided great customer service. The store had a wide variety of fashionable clothing. I found exactly what I was looking for at a good price. The quality and fit of the clothes exceeded my expectations. Checkout was quick and hassle-free. I look forward to visiting again soon.

  I had a great shopping experience at American Eagle. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop in. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The clothing quality is excellent, especially the jeans. There was a good selection of styles and sizes available. The prices were reasonable, and the deals were great. I will definitely shop here again and recommend it to others.

  Really disappointing experience overall. Customer service was terrible from the moment we walked in — no one greeted us or even acknowledged us. While I was looking for more bra sizes, I noticed there were drawers that appeared to contain additional stock, and there were no signs anywhere saying not to open them. The second I opened one, an employee immediately snapped at me with “don’t open that” in a very annoyed and rude tone. There was absolutely no need for the attitude, especially when there was no indication customers weren’t allowed to check the drawers. After that interaction, I just put the bra down and walked away because the environment felt so unwelcoming. I wish I had gotten the employee’s name, but she had long black hair, darker tan skin, and was wearing a green top. Definitely not the kind of customer service you expect when shopping.

  I just want to praise how helpful the girl who assisted me today during the day and evening shift was. She’s very knowledgeable when it comes to finding the perfect bra size. I honestly thought I would leave without buying anything because I was having such a hard time finding the right fit for me. But she asked me questions, gave thoughtful recommendations, and genuinely wanted to help without pressuring me into making a purchase. Her patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service made the whole experience so much easier and more comfortable. She was wearing an orange top and had beautiful curly afro hair. I forgot to get her name, but she was absolutely amazing and truly deserves recognition for how kind, professional, and helpful she was. I’m so happy I finally found the perfect bra for me thanks to her help!
