  I finally had a chance to check out Alo today. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The gentleman who assisted was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I ended up buying a few pairs of shirts, tank stops and a hat. I will definitely be coming back!

  Products were okay, but the staffs here were extremely rude and gave me such an unpleasant shopping experience. Based on other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who has had this experience. I hope the management can address this issue and work on improving the customer service. Such a disappointment, especially for a big brand in such a great location.

  NEVER AGAIN! Horrible returns policy for Canadians. If you buy online and something doesn't fit, you have to pay for shipping and duties back to the US. I purchased two online items but needed to return one of them because it was too small. Only then did I find out that I will need to pay for the shipping and duties. I decided to return both due to this policy. BUYER BEWARE. Save your money. Also, my wife previously bought two sweaters from them, but the fabric started pilling. Samples attached.
