  Alo has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced at Yorkdale Shopping Centre. From the moment you walk into the store, the staff and management seem uninterested in helping customers. This wasn’t just my experience—I’ve seen many others share similar concerns. In particular, some of the sales associates were not helpful when I asked about stock availability and came across as dismissive. A simple greeting, willingness to assist, and a “thank you” at checkout can make a big difference. Customers are choosing to spend their money there, and they deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope the store improves its customer service and focuses more on creating a welcoming experience for everyone.

  Their customer service sucks…I went into the Yorkdale location and I asked a sales associate for help for something she pointed at the item and said it’s right there… wouldn’t even help me find a size I wanted… they aren’t even welcoming, it’s like they don’t want to be there , I walked out. I will stick to lululemon their customer service and the way sales associate appreciate you is top notch!!!! Save your money don’t buy here.

  Went into Alo Yorkdale looking for a last-minute gift for my girlfriend. The store was packed and everyone seemed pretty busy, but Vonny stepped in and helped me out. I had no idea what to get, but Vonny walked me through a few options and made it super easy. Ended up getting the perfect gift and my girlfriend loved it!

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. I purchased a pair of shorts from the Yorkdale location about three months ago. Since it was still cold outside, I only wore them a handful of times before noticing that the zipper had come off and the stitching was already falling apart. I drove all the way back to the store expecting some kind of quality guarantee or reasonable solution for a product that failed so quickly. Unfortunately, because I no longer had the receipt, the staff offered no replacement, no store credit, and no compensation whatsoever. They simply kept the shorts and sent me on my way. For a premium brand that charges premium prices, I expected much better quality and much better customer service. This experience has made me think twice about purchasing from Alo again.
