  Very rude and un knowledgable employees. Was trying to Exchange a hoodie. That I bought for my daughter I couldn’t find the receipt. They wouldn’t do nothing to help, even though I didn’t ask for Refund just exchange they came up with the stupidest excuses why they cannot do it don’t go there. I had the worst experience with that store

  Extremely unprofessional atmosphere, everyone working there acts like it’s their first day on earth. All employees are extremely rude and dismissive simple questions like asking for a size, questions about the sale or for help in general seemed to be the biggest chore in the world. All they do is talk amongst other coworkers, they couldn’t care less about their clients and seeing if they need help, explains why there reviews are so horrible!

  After reading the reviews online, I walked into the store with my guard up. However, as soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted. While browsing, Grace approached me and asked if I needed assistance. She was able to help me locate the item I was looking for. Unfortunately, the colour I wanted was not yet in stock but I was at least able to figure out my sizing so I could order the same product online. It was my first time shopping at ALO, and it definitely won’t be my last.

  Horrible experience, be aware of the Manager BOBBY! He racially profiles.. he did it to me on 2 occasions and I’m in there spending $500+ at a time. He boldly followed me around the store, even to the change room to watch me try on my items and to see if I come out with them. Then followed me to the cashier to watch me check out.. I even had forgot something I wanted and went to grab it quickly and he boldly followed me to grab it go back to cash.. my friend had to scream at him and said “not once did you offer to help my friend, but instead you chose to follow her”… very very disgusting. & that was my first experience ever even shopping at Alo. The other workers were very nice & helpful.

  I went to the store today and had a really disappointing experience with the customer service. When I walked in, I asked one of the employees for help. I’m not sure if she was a manager or not, but she didn’t even acknowledge me or say hello. Instead, she pointed at me to another employee in a very rude and dismissive way. The second employee came up to me with an attitude and said, “What do you need?” The overall atmosphere was very unprofessional. Employees were also yelling at customers to get in line instead of speaking respectfully. It honestly made the whole shopping experience uncomfortable. A little kindness and professionalism would go a long way.
