  Extremely disappointed with this location. I purchased a pair of shoes here on June 21, 2026, and the store never even provided me with the original shoe box at the time of purchase. When I came back to do a simple exchange, the store staff was incredibly helpful and completely ready to process it for me. However, the store manager, Stephanie, stepped in and completely shut it down. She was incredibly rude, unwelcoming, and clearly does not know how to speak to customers. She outright refused the exchange, entirely penalizing me for a missing box that her store failed to give me in the first place. Alo corporate needs to look into the management at this location. I expect someone from the Guest Experience team to reach out and resolve this exchange. Worst management experience I’ve ever had.

  I am absolutely in love with this store! A well-deserved 5 stars across the board, everything from the customer service to the apparel itself is just perfect. The clothing is exceptional. The quality of the fabrics, the fit, and the style are toptier, making every piece both incredibly comfortable and stylish. On top of that, the staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and attentive, creating a fantastic shopping atmosphere. If you appreciate premium activewear and outstanding service, this location is a must visit. I will definitely be back for more! 10/10.

  The Yorkville location is so much better in terms of selection and customer service, this location is just chopped salespeople and awful loud music

  Staff have so much attitude here like Omg ! It looks like they were forced to work here ! Never stepping in this store ever again ! Idk what management is doing at this store but I have not heard a single good thing about anyone’s experience here !
