The customer service is unbelievably such an outright SHAME. It’s clear as day, “management” isn’t taking the complaints or the several google reviews seriously at all. Disgusting behaviour of 4 employees standing outside of a change room of where a teenager was, making her feel uncomfortable to even come out the room or even open the door to show me how the item fit. The implication was clear as day to me that they’re assuming she’s stealing. And there was several other people in their change rooms w BAGS and there was no swarming like flies by their room. The workers in this store all need to be fired, such a sad representation for the brand. Lastly, when I had asked for the manager, one of workers in the change room LIED and said she’s the manager, I had went to the front counter to ask and was told who the actual manager was. There is zero customer service here at all, it’s really shameful. I will never come to this location again.

The store is beautifully designed, well organized, and has a great selection of activewear, although the whole thing is overpriced for the quality it offers. Wish they had more sales.

I had an uncomfortable experience at this store today at around 10:30 AM. As I was entering the store, I noticed another customer leave without trying on any clothes. Immediately after she left, one sales associate started talking to several other associates near the entrance about the customer. From what I overheard, she seemed frustrated that the customer had chosen to leave instead of accepting help. I also thought I may have heard an inappropriate word during the conversation, although I can’t say with certainty, so I don’t want to make that accusation. I understand that retail can be frustrating and that employees may need to vent from time to time. However, discussing a customer with a group of coworkers right at the store entrance, where other customers can easily overhear, is unprofessional and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. When I walked back into the store, I immediately lost the desire to shop. It made me wonder whether I would also be discussed if I decided not to make a purchase or chose not to try on clothes for personal reasons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Every customer should feel respected regardless of whether they make a purchase, and conversations about customers should not take place where they can be overheard by other shoppers.

Extremely disappointed with this location. I purchased a pair of shoes here on June 21, 2026, and the store never even provided me with the original shoe box at the time of purchase. When I came back to do a simple exchange, the store staff was incredibly helpful and completely ready to process it for me. However, the store manager, Stephanie, stepped in and completely shut it down. She was incredibly rude, unwelcoming, and clearly does not know how to speak to customers. She outright refused the exchange, entirely penalizing me for a missing box that her store failed to give me in the first place. Alo corporate needs to look into the management at this location. I expect someone from the Guest Experience team to reach out and resolve this exchange. Worst management experience I’ve ever had.

I am absolutely in love with this store! A well-deserved 5 stars across the board, everything from the customer service to the apparel itself is just perfect. The clothing is exceptional. The quality of the fabrics, the fit, and the style are toptier, making every piece both incredibly comfortable and stylish. On top of that, the staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and attentive, creating a fantastic shopping atmosphere. If you appreciate premium activewear and outstanding service, this location is a must visit. I will definitely be back for more! 10/10.
