Such a disappointing experience. I went in during their sale and purchased 3 items. When I got home, I realized they had given me the full-length version of the leggings instead of the pair I originally selected. I explained the situation to management, but despite being a long-time returning customer, there was little accountability or understanding from their side. I even ended up purchasing the matching top for the leggings I thought I had originally bought — at full price — just to make it work. What was most disappointing was being met with comments like, “I don’t know if you’re telling the truth,” rather than any effort to resolve the issue professionally. Definitely not the level of customer service I expected.

I had a very disappointing experience with a few of the customer service reps. Most of them were good, but a few of them have serious attitude problems. A smile on the face seems like a big ask here, but trying to oversmart customers and judging them by making assumptions about what payment method they might prefer or not is very unprofessional and honestly I’ve never experienced this at any store. For a premium brand, I expect much more. God, I would buy online or go to another location.

This was honestly one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. I went into this location last night & the staff were unbelievably rude, dismissive, & clearly uninterested in helping customers. First, I asked an employee for help finding a certain style. Instead of even attempting to help, she immediately said she was “new” & didn’t know the stock or collections with a terrible attitude. Being new is not an excuse for being dismissive. Common sense would be to at least ask another associate for help instead of brushing customers off. Then my friend asked another employee for a medium & large in the trousers. When I asked if I could also get a large for myself, the employee snapped back with an attitude saying, “I already got one for her.” Apparently it never crossed her mind that two different people might need the same size. I literally had to explain that I needed one too. The passive aggressive attitude was completely unnecessary. The entire store felt miserable. Staff were lazy, rude, & impossible to get help from. Everyone looked annoyed to even be there, & customers were clearly treated like inconveniences. It’s honestly embarrassing for a store to have employees acting this way. Maybe if the employees spent less time giving attitude & more time actually helping customers, the store wouldn’t have such an awful atmosphere

Really disappointing experience at this location. For the amount customers are spending here, the attitude from the staff was completely unacceptable. The employees came across as rude, judgmental, and dismissive, making the entire shopping experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. Luxury pricing should come with professionalism and respect, not arrogance. No one should feel looked down on while simply trying to shop. Management seriously needs to address the customer service at this location because experiences like this are exactly why people stop supporting brands.

I know it’s the aloversary so it’s probably stressful but damn, literally every single female employee I tried to speak to was rude and so unpleasant
