- TMTracy McClellanJul 19, 20265.0Although all of the staff are friendly there, one staff member stands out. Winslow (I hope I am spelling it correctly) is my favourite! He is always so friendly, welcoming and genuine. He makes me feel like I am important and part of the "family" there.

Long time customer and lately they sold us a THC free capsule bottle after confirming verbally that it had THC and CBD before ringing it up. Once scanned in and paid for (around $50) she handed the bottle over, it was clearly CBD only. She said "sorry, oops. I can't refund." So now we are stuck with a product we did not request and were lied to before purchase. This company LIES. Terrible customer service. They clearly don't care to make this right, as they reached out and offered 25% off the next purchase and had the audacity to include a cute little smile. Don't bother, with their prices and business practices go to any of the other cannabis stores around. Literally any other store. 👍🏻

Employee named Bri goes and gets them from the back. Comes back scans it and I pay the she hands them to me. Except they are CBD only, I point this out. She says thats all they have and she cant get me a refund. I am furious, I did nothing wrong and lost money over it! WHAT BUSINESS DOES THAT TO A REGULAR CUSTOMER. I won't be going back and I encourage no one else to go here. If they make a mistake you will be the one paying for it.
