  I had a very disappointing experience at this Lululemon store. I visited the store to return an item and provided my membership number. According to Lululemon’s official website, members are eligible to receive store credit for certain returns. I also have prior return/exchange history at this same location, although not frequently. However, the staff member told me that this store does not accept such returns at all. Even after pulling up my previous return records in the system, he insisted that those past returns were simply “staff mistakes.” I find this response unacceptable for several reasons. First, the official policy clearly states that members are eligible for store credit returns. Second, any previous staff errors, if they were errors at all, are internal management issues and should not be used against customers. Third, when I politely asked for the staff member’s name for reference, he refused to provide it. I genuinely love the Lululemon brand. About half of my wardrobe is from Lululemon, which makes this experience even more disappointing. What frustrates me most is the lack of consistency in store management and customer service. Customers should not be left confused about policies depending on which employee or store they speak to. This experience left me very disappointed, and I hope management addresses both policy consistency and staff professionalism. Being denied service is frustrating, but being denied while staff contradict official policy and refuse accountability is far worse.

  I normally purchased online and this time went in inside and asked the lady if they had the sweater that I was looking for im surprised it was displayed in the front as soon as i walked in..she asked me if I wanted to try it said yes and not even 10minutes I was out .it was Saturday noon I was surprised its not even busy usually weekend it is very very busy probably ne back one day 😅

  Shaun assisted me today with purchasing a gift! Also had a lovely chat, treated me like human which I appreciate. Even went above and beyond with customer service by printing a copy of the image I can put in the birthday card for the interim as I had to order the gift I wanted to the store and it will arrive after tomorrow (which is when I am gifting it) Excellent customer service!

  I went to the store today because I made a mistake when ordering some products. The first girl that served me informed me that I could only use my discount one time. Understandable. I asked her if maybe she could speak to the manager as I had to place the order due to it telling me the items were running out. When I went back in I was unable to Purchase the rest of items with my discount. After she spoke with the manager she came to me asked me what happened I explained it to her and she said she would do it this one time.i was very thankful . She then had Jenn whom was the next person to help me purchase the rest of my items was so helpful. I tried on a few things and didn’t like them but she suggested some other items a they were a hit ! She was kind, patient and helpful. I appreciate the staff going above and beyond today as they didn’t have to. Thank you again !!!
