  August 14,2026, Very Disappointing Experience I was extremely disappointed with this purchase. The website advertisement was misleading and made the product look much more appealing and higher quality than what I actually received. For the price I paid, I expected a fresh, beautifully presented fruit arrangement, but the quality was poor and the presentation did not match the advertisement at all. The prices are very high for what you actually receive, and in my opinion, the product is nowhere near the quality shown on the website. I would not recommend this company. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the money. I paid $79. 99 + tax for this. This is from the streetsville location.

  I received an outstanding arrangement of fresh fruit beautifully crafted to appear like a floral bouquet. The fruit was very fresh, colourful with lots of variety and the presentation was exceptional. I would highly recommend Edible Arrangements for any occasion as they have a large selection of creative ideas to choose from.

  I had an amazing experience here and honestly can’t recommend them enough. Everything was handled over the phone and email, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Zalak was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive every step of the way, making everything feel easy and stress free. Saurin, the store manager, also went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. What really stood out was the delivery experience. They made it feel special and personal, which you don’t see often, especially when everything is done remotely. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It never felt rushed or transactional. If you’re looking for a team that truly goes the extra mile, this is the place. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

  I had a great experience at Edible in St. Catharines. The service was excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

  Great Service, and the staff was very patient while I picked out my arrangement for my Wife's Birthday even though I went right at closing on a Sunday. Very pleased! Will definitely be a repeat customer.
