I hadn't estimated my size properly and most items were too big. When I walked into the store with a box full of returns the manager said "oh no sorry we cant help you" and laughed. I turned to them and they smiled and waved me in, their sense of humor started the visit off on the perfect note. The person at the counter was so helpful, I had removed the tag from one item and thought I put it back in the box but I actually didn't. They said it wasnt a problem and they would just search the sku another way. The return was prompt and they assisted me in ordering a few of my favourite items in a smaller size. One of the shirts was no longer available online or in store. The manager found me a very similar item and even price matched it to what I had paid for the one that was now sold out. Such a positive experience.
