- SSSSep 10, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable customer service. From the moment I entered the store, I was micro-managed and followed closely by the staff as if I were under constant surveillance. The utter lack of respect and basic dignity made the environment feel incredibly backward, chaotic, and hostile—completely unlike a professional shopping experience you'd expect in a modern Canadian mall. I felt deeply targeted, suspicious, and unwelcome, so I left immediately. Tommy Hilfiger needs to look into this branch and retrain their team on how to treat human beings with basic decency.

- DODalia Al oufanJun 21, 20265.0I really like this store. The prices are usually very reasonable, and they often have great sales and discounts. The staff are friendly, the customer service is excellent, and the return and exchange process is always smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it’s a great place to shop and I always have a positive experience here.
- RPRaj PatelMay 5, 20261.0Hoping to give 0 Star to this store, The worst experience I faced with my friend. They kept different price tag, and blamed on us that we changed. When we asked manager to check CCTV footage, they didn't do anything and just stuck on one thing that they can't give hoddie in that price. Really, they are blaming on customers for their own mistake. Such a reputed brand. I will share this with my friends, who really are interested in Tommy Hilfiger.
