- MKmoe kazem4 days ago5.0I had an excellent experience shopping at this Brick location. The store is spacious and offers a great selection of products. The sales team, especially Abdul and Sidharth, were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy, which we really appreciated. They took the time to answer our questions and helped us make informed decisions without any pressure. One of the items we purchased arrived damaged upon delivery. However, The Brick handled the situation exceptionally well and replaced it with a new unit quickly and without any hassle. The entire process was smooth, and their customer service was responsive and easy to work with. Overall, this was a very positive shopping experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this location and would gladly shop here again.

- AAAlexAug 14, 20261.0Folks, I suggest you avoid this place as there are many other places (National Mattress, Sleep Country, etc.) that are very open and transparent about the pricing and don’t play games or waste your time. I came in yesterday looking for a queen mattress set. I spoke to a sales guy (forgot his name but he was a chubby Indian guy with glasses) who gave me a price on a mattress set. I told him that I was shopping for my dad and asked for his business card and that he write down the out the door price. He said that he can’t write prices because they change every week. I said, you can write down the price and details with a price good till date and he refused. Basically, he just wanted to punch numbers on his phone and not be transparent with what the price is, the type of delivery, etc. I just gave back his business card and left. This is very deceptive as the Brick retail store, Sleep Country and several other stores on Kennedy Road give the details you need so you can make an informed decision. It is hard to justify and $1700 purchase when the sales rep is this shady.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
