  It was my first time in a Sunglass Hut. I normally buy cheaper glasses. There were almost too many staff in the store but it meant prompt service with multiple people helping (one person helping us pick styles, one person holding our glasses on a tray, one person preparing the sale on a tablet) I would visit Sunglass Hut again when I need another pair. It was a positive experience.

  the short chubby lady behind the counter seems hostile until we bought the pair and then she smiled. Felt racially motivated.

  Aayan was incredibly helpful, clearly very knowledgeable. Every question I asked he knew the answer. He was also very patient with me while I tried on multiple pairs.

  I am disappointed with the service provided by the staff who worked on 4/6/2026. The team appeared unorganized, communication was poor, and customer concerns were not handled professionally. There was a lack of attention to detail, which resulted in an unsatisfactory experience. I expected a much higher standard of service and hope management addresses these issues to prevent similar problems in the future.
