I was in the mall and on a whim stopped in to see about getting a microfiber cloth to clean my glasses. All the available options were presented and I bought an extra set for a stocking stuffer as it also came with lifetime unlimited refills of cleaner fluid. Staff was amazing, very attentive and helpful.

I came to this location and found that everyone is really pushy to make sales. I felt pressured to buy not one but two items and the short lady that was working is really passive aggressive. It's safe to say I will not be coming back here...

The store manager here has been incredibly helpful. Customer support is top-notch at this store 100% genuineness compared to their online service which gives wrong information at every step and misguides you. I had an issue with a return, and the manager took full responsibility for the situation. She went above and beyond to find a resolution, even though she didn’t have to. Thank you again!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Sunglass Hut today, all thanks to Aayan! I purchased my very first pair of Ray-Ban Meta glasses, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me with such an exciting purchase! From the moment I walked in, Aayan was incredibly kind, honest, knowledgeable, and welcoming. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything thoroughly, and help me feel confident in my decision without ever making me feel pressured. What truly made the experience special was how genuine and personable he was. We connected on so many levels, and our conversations made the entire shopping experience feel more like catching up with a friend than making a purchase. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in providing exceptional service. Aayan went above and beyond, and his honesty, patience, and positive energy truly stood out. Thank you so much, Aayan for making my first Ray-Ban Meta purchase such a memorable experience! Sunglass Hut is lucky to have someone like you representing their brand. I will definitely be returning and recommending you to my family and friends! ❤
