  Went for a walk-in shop, the store has a wide variety for women and a decent selection for the men’s side. DSW is a great place for anyone shopping on a budget. During check out customer service was uncomfortably pushy with signing up for an account; through both phone number and email. Got what I wanted and left.

  First time at this store today. I am a big guy and need extra large and extra wide footware. I was told that DSW had a large selection of that type, and the information was correct. It is a large store, very well laid out, well lit and clean. There are thousands of pairs of shoes, all brands of men's, women's and kids and for all seasons. There are no clerks to help you with a fitting...that part is self-serve. There are plenty of clerks to direct you to the proper area for what you are looking for and all were friendly and helpful. The displays were well laid out and the available sizes stacked neatly and orderly below the model. There are plenty of benches throughout the entire store for sitting while trying on shoes. I had no trouble finding exactly what I was looking for. The price was excellent...much lower than at that brands own store. Checkout was efficient with several cashiers working. Parking is plentiful in the mall parking area. Store would be considered handicap friendly. I will be back.

You can find everything you're looking for here, from more casual styles like loafers and sandals to more formal options. The store itself is kept clean and has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are consistently cooperative and happy to assist you. It's definitely a great place to purchase shoes.
