I visited this store today and was left impressed by the customer service, I was interested in purchasing a polo shirt but could not decide. Despite being seemingly busy, Roz made an effort to answer my questions and provide advice and did not make me feel like an inconvience whatsoever! These types of employees always make my day.

I would like to share feedback about my shopping experience yesterday night, as it seems the review form would not accept my submission. I was shopping with my husband when we witnessed an interaction that was genuinely upsetting. Overall, I noticed that the store appeared to be understaffed during what seemed to be a busy time, which likely made it more difficult for the employees to provide the level of service they strive for. More importantly, I would like to bring attention to how one of your employees was treated by a customer and how the situation was handled. A customer came in to process what I believe was a return. She was speaking loudly enough that much of the store could hear the interaction. The young cashier remained calm, patient, and respectful while explaining the store's return policy and pointing out the dates on the receipt. From what I observed, she was simply following company policy. As someone who has worked in retail, I understand the importance of applying policies consistently. Allowing exceptions simply because a customer no longer likes an item after the return period undermines both the policy and the employees who are expected to enforce it. The customer later requested an empty shopping bag. The employee politely explained that they are not permitted to provide empty bags due to the store's anti-theft policy, which is completely understandable. Unfortunately, the customer continued to follow the employee around the store, yelling at her and calling her "stupid," "dumb," and bunch of profanity. It was shocking to witness someone speak to another person that way. At one point, I intentionally asked the employee to check for a size in hopes of giving her a brief moment away from the situation so she could catch her breath. Despite everything that had just happened, she still helped me promptly and professionally. Afterward, I told her how sorry I was that she had to experience that and reminded her not to listen to what the customer was saying because she had done absolutely nothing wrong. She was simply enforcing the store's policies with kindness and professionalism. What saddened me most was that the employee appeared to be left to handle this abuse on her own. While the manager was assisting another customer at the cash, the situation continued to escalate. At no point did I observe the manager step in to de-escalate the situation, support the employee, or ask the abusive customer to stop. Instead, the young employee was left working there, visibly shaking while trying her best to remain calm and professional. I also believe accepting the return after the employee had already explained the policy sent the wrong message. It undermined the employee in front of the customer and suggested that following store policy would not be supported by management. If the policy is in place, employees should feel confident that management will stand behind them when they enforce it respectfully. I want to commend the cashier for handling an incredibly difficult situation with remarkable patience, professionalism, and composure. She represented your store exceptionally well despite being placed in an unfair and distressing situation. My concern is not with the employee, but with the lack of support she appeared to receive. No employee should have to endure verbal abuse without knowing that their management team will step in to protect and support them. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously not only to recognize the outstanding professionalism shown by your employee, but also to encourage stronger leadership and support for staff members when they are subjected to abusive behaviour. I really hope the management sees this and apologize to that young lady. No one deserves to be treated the way she was, especially while simply doing their job.

One of the cashiers, I'm not sure if she was the manager, had a terrible attitude. I bought a hat that was originally $45, with a 40% discount plus an extra 20% off. However, their discount was unreasonable because when I paid, they said I had a $20 membership coupon, but they only gave me the extra 20% off the remaining amount after using that. In other words, my $20 coupon wasn't actually used; I only received $16, which is extremely unfair. She didn't seem to care about me, just emphasizing that their 20% discount only applies to the final price after all other discounts. I feel like they're playing dirty tricks on customers; it's really bad. I hope Calvin Klvein's management will take this seriously.

I visited the Calvin Klein store at STC twice last week and had such a great experience both times. Lisa provided exceptional service, she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to help me find the right items for my son. I never felt rushed, and her recommendations were spot on. Pooja assisted us at checkout, and she was just as pleasant and friendly, making the overall experience even better. I was so impressed after my first visit that I returned again a few days later with my husband, and we ended up making even more purchases. Keep up the great work guys, I’ll definitely be back again!
