- CPC.J POSADASMay 17, 20263.0Today was supposed to be my shopping retail therapy, but unfortunately it turned into a disappointing experience because of the cashier (SA7828). I politely mentioned that I wasn’t comfortable receiving a ripped $5 bill, but instead of trying to help, she told me I could still use it because she “could not open the till.” I believe better customer service could have been provided by asking a manager for assistance, unless she was already the manager herself. Customers should not be given damaged cash without at least trying to accommodate their concern. What disappointed me the most was the attitude I received. I remained polite and respectful throughout the interaction, but she seemed irritated with me for simply raising a valid concern. I’m sharing this feedback because I don’t want to experience this kind of treatment again when I return to the store. Customer service should make customers feel heard and respected.

I called the Scarborough Town Centre store, and Isabelle found the item for me - there were only two left - and put it aside for me. I drove to the store immediately, and she had it ready to go! She was a wonderful person to work with! I told her manager she deserves a GOLD STAR!!!!
