She went to the clearance area to check for sizes or similar shoes while I was trying on styles. She made great suggestions, I needed to order a size and she was able to get everything and have it shipped to my home. A great shopping experience with her!

I was so upset I almost walked out. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
