  Was ready to purchase 3 pairs of shoes at 100.00 each got to cash there was a lineup. Waited a few minutes then I was the one woman in front of me for a return, but item's were bought online and she didn't have email to prove it so the cashier said I'll do my best. Still a lineup behind me yet the cashier never called the other employee for help. Finally the other employee came I thought she would get on the other cash but instead she decided to assist the other employee,so I left. My opinion get employees that care more for customers as we are the one's that keep the doors open.

  Not one employee offered to help. We spent twenty minutes finding sizes and styles while they walked around never making eye contact. Our total spent was almost $300 for two pair of shoes and if we wanted a bag ( instead of juggling boxes as we walked in the mall) that was another $1. Terrible.

  I am visiing another province and looking for wedding shoes. I had seen some online that I liked, the sales associate Natalie was fantastic! She went to the clearance area to check for sizes or similar shoes while I was trying on styles. She made great suggestions, I needed to order a size and she was able to get everything and have it shipped to my home. A great shopping experience with her!
