- MMmortezaMar 22, 20261.0I visited Sunglass Hut to get my Meta glasses adjusted, as they were a bit too tight. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The manager was not helpful and didn’t communicate professionally. I was told to contact another office and that nothing could be done in-store, and was even advised to pay $150 for a replacement—despite the glasses being perfectly fine and only needing a simple adjustment. No effort was made to assist, and I wasn’t even provided with proper contact information. Customer service like this is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location, and I strongly suggest better customer service
