  Roza is amazing! She just a bubbly ray of sunshine that makes you want to come back. She remembers your name, your order and makes you feel fantastic. She needs a raise and to be made manager! Love you Roza!

  There is one employee here and she is so unpleasant, literally will not go in when she is working. Will update if ever learning her name. On the other hand if Roza or Dave are working this is the place to go, have abandoned Oneplant down the road for this place happily. Roza is the best. They also do contests for anyone with an account there.. oneplant does nothing of the sorts.. its a no brainer. Support this shop!

  Always a pleasure visiting this location. Great service and always a friendly exchange. Have been coming to this location for more than an year and have never been disappointed. Always full of products and ideas if you get confused. The Budtender Roza is always on point, always so informative with all the products and very polite in conversation. Never going anywhere else than this location.

  So, if you're like me, older and looking for some arthritis relief but unsure of where to start, go see Roza or Dave at Pop's in Pickering. They are super knowledgeable about their products and can help you find something in their overwhelmingly vast lineup to help with your issue. I wouldn't have even known where to start, but they helped me find something that works for me and I'm forever grateful.

  Just got out of the Whites location and the girl at the counter was probably the rudest customer service worker I’ve ever met. Asked for a cart that was listed on the website and she proceeds to tell me that she’s got the disposable, I then ask oh that’s okay I guess the other location has the cart instead. She then proceeds to talk to me like I’m a child telling me that they only have the disposable, I say yes I get that, that’s fine I’ll take that and then proceeds to tell me to pay better attention next time? I’m sorry but on your website it’s listed as a cart, I don’t think having a customer ask if the stock was different at each location was too much work for her. Don’t plan on ever going back to this location, this is the 3rd time I’ve experienced bad customer service and a terrible attitude from this Budtender.
