Terrible service. The lady at the front (pretty sure she’s the manager) was very disrespectful and rude. Do not recommend this location.

Absolutely terrible service. Came in here to exchange a pair of shorts that I was gifted. I never have issues exchanging items because I am a frequent shopping with Lululemon. The lady at the front ( assuming she is manager because the other workers ask her specifically for help) is absolutely horrible and disrespectful. She said that the shorts had been worn/used and the tag isn’t in the correct placement as per store policy. For clarification, the tag is on correctly (included picture) and they have never been worn whatsoever. She then proceeded to say that I would need a receipt to exchange the items? This caught me by surprise because once the item has a tag on and has not been worn I can exchange like I have done so in the past on multiple occasions. She was very disrespectful about it and said it in a rude manner. She clearly needs a reality check in life. Afterwards, my sister was checking around the store to purchase leggings and we thought why not check another price tag since she stated it wasn’t in the correct placement. While doing so, she proceeded to come up to us and ask what we were doing??? This was very confusing because first she lies about store policy and then proceeded to come up to us again with this disrespectful tone while we were minding our business. The price tags were all in the same place as well as on the shorts I wanted to exchange so i’m genuinely confused on why she said that and also tried to gaslight us by saying that it was worn when it clearly is a size 0 and I am nowhere near that. I will never come back here and I suggest anyone else who would even consider shopping here to find another Lululemon and save yourself the hassle.

My mum and I visited the Lululemon at Pickering Town Centre this past weekend and had such a great experience. The store had a really welcoming atmosphere, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Temoc checked us out and was especially wonderful—super personable, kind, and easy to chat with. He made the whole experience really positive and enjoyable. The store manager was also fantastic and clearly leads a great team. We’ll definitely be back!

I had a very disappointing experience with Leslie, the store manager at the Lululemon - Shops at Pickering on February 28, 2026 around 4 PM. I brought in a pair of pants for hemming and was told they could not be worn in. I explained that I had only briefly put them on in-store to be measured and that they were freshly washed. While I understand and respect store policy, Leslie’s response was unnecessarily rude and accusatory. She stated, “We can’t work on your dirty pants that you’ve been wearing all day.” Her tone was not acceptable and felt hostile and dismissive. I’ve been a loyal Lululemon customer for over 10 years and have never experienced this level of poor customer service, especially from a store manager. The interaction was completely unwarranted and now questioning my future dealing with brand. Please avoid this location at all costs, STC is so much more pleasant! Leslie, you should be ashamed of yourself!

I personally wouldn’t purchase Lululemon products. The brand’s marketing toward male customers doesn’t resonate with me, and I don’t feel aligned with the image or audience they seem to target.
