  Very disappointed in shopping here and it is not the first time. When I am shopping in this plaza I always decide to do a peek in TSC to see if there's any cute new styles or any new deals on clearance. Each time I go in I always say it's my last. I am never greeted or spoken to- not as I walk in or as I am looking around. Often they are standing around talking to each other or completely ignoring.... this is when it's not busy!! I even asked once about if they had a different style in stock and I was rudely told "no." Well, tonight was the last straw. I looked online ahead of time to ensure the pair of shoes I was looking for were in stock. Sure enough they not only had my size but a lot of others too. Easy. I would walk in and find them easily. WRONG. Not only was I not able to find the pair of shoes I was also clearly needing assistance. The store was dead. One customer had just left and another one appeared to be browsing. Both employees completely ignored myself and the other customer who was shopping. The one associate was putting out and moving stock around in the middle of the isle. When I needed to go by she didn't say anything. I ended up going around as there wasn't any way for her to now move. Finally, my friend who came to assist me - even mentioned to an associate about the shoes and how they said in stock online. The employee mumbled something about them being over with "the other converse" and they were clearly not there (only 3 differernt styles were there they were not hard to miss) I ended up trying on a shoe in the same style different colour but it wasn't the right size. Again, online said there was smaller sizes avaliable in multiple but no assistance was given. I should have stuck with it being my last time the time before. I am a Shoe VIP member and often will purchase shoes online or at other stores too.. people wonder why stores are closing and this is why. No customer service. no one buys. This is all coming from someone who has worked 8 years in Customer service at big box stores. I understand some days aren't everyone's best. But, for every employee in that store every time I go in? Anyways- don't waste your time-- I would rate this 0/5 if I was able to.

  Love this store. Large selection of shoes. Very reasonable prices. Staff very polite and friendly.

  Went into the store with the intention to purchase two pair of sandals. While looking around I needed to use the restroom. Was told that I couldn’t use their washroom and would have to go to Winners a few doors down and use their washroom. Your loss, Winners gain. I ended up purchasing shoes there. I manage a boutique and would NEVER refuse a customer the use of our washroom. Shame on you.

  I’ve been in this store at least 5 times in the last few months. I’ve never been greeted. I’ve never been offered help of any kind. I watched the sales person yell across to an elderly man instead of putting down her phone and helping him. Absolutely no customer service in this store.
